I saw so many films that gave this impression that when I grow up that there will be flying cars, and instead of doing a driving licence, I’ll be doing a flying licence. They finally tested out and it looks amazing!

What company do you wonder? Well it is not BMW or Mercedes its AeroMobil. An advanced engineering company that is commercializing a flying car. IT will be launching its new model of AeroMobil Flying Car at Top Marques Monaco show, on April 20, 2017. AeroMobil is completely combined aircraft as well as a fully functioning four-wheeled car, powered by hybrid propulsion. By combining aero and car functionality in perfect harmony it heralds a new era in efficient and exciting travel, offering users an unparalleled choice of transport on the road or in the air.

How much will it cost? The prototype is work in progress and only after completion of the certification and homologation both as a car and as well as an aircraft we will be able to set the final configuration and therefore the final price span. Expect the price combination of sports car and Light Sports Aircraft (LSA), several hundreds of thousand Euro.

If you want to drive and fly it you need a licence!

Private Pilot License (PPL) is recommended. However, we expect that for the early version of AeroMobil Sport Pilot License (SPL) will be sufficient. Training requirements for these licenses vary country by country, but minimum 40 hours of flight training is strongly recommended.

This could be revolutionary, saving space on the roads, quicker transport and higher bills! It sounds good but is it really?? Only the rich will be able to afford such an expensive luxury that I will constantly dream and wish for.

Animals could get hurt, the cars are already taking over with cat’s underneath them, running over dears, rats and other animals. The pollution killing us and them. I hope the flying cars are environment and animal friendly. Ironically, I am watching the movie K9 and it recalled how will dogs ride with fire trucks or police cars like in the movies? It will be so weird, right?!

Imagine when parents take their children to school, they will fly them and not drive them or school buses, what will happen to aeroplanes or helicopters, this is bringing about so many questions on that this flying car is going to have the effect on society.

You can eat water and save animals homes too !

A group of very smart and life and environmental geniuses -engineers from Skipping Rocks Lab have developed a wonderful thing called The Ooho!. It’s a globe filled water that you can pop in your mouth whole. It is amazing for the environment and us! We know that we need to be drinking plenty of water. It’s important. But the plastic bottles they’re sold in are terrible for the environment. That it is why this bundle of joy is idealistic for us and the environment.

animlas oo

The outer shell is made of algae, so it’s edible and biodegradable. Edible water bottles are now a thing, thanks science this means that there’s no need for packaging or plastic. Exciting, right? Plus, they’re wobbly and they look cool, which is always a bonus.

This could be changing in so many ways. Environmentally, this could reduce the number of plastic bottles used. Birds nor fish will not have to deal with all the bottles in their water and in their habitat. It is crucial to consider that these animals have to deal with all the environmental consequences of these plastic bottles.

Think about it, these animals have to deal with all the bottles that runners throw, or the rubbish that gets thrown into their homes, and habitats. It is not fair!

These bottles will be changing for us too, in exams students can just drink, no sorry eat the water! It will be changing for runners, or disabled people who cannot hold a bottle or do not have the time.

My Frenchie refuses to sleep alone. Some may argue that this is due to conditioning however if this was the case then it would be possible to train her to sleep alone, but she cries. She screams. She hauls. I don’t know what she is feeling, but it is not rocket science. I mean if a baby cried when their mother or father goes then they are obviously crying for that person. This is the same when it comes to animals.

Alright fine, you might think I am crazy but animal behaviourists such as Stamp Dawkins do not deny the existence of animal consciousness but say that theories about it cannot be tested in the real world. As this would probably involve torture, or there would be a major concern for subjectivity. Only observable behaviour and physiology can be studied scientifically and yet Stamp Dawkins has complained about a “rising tide of anthropomorphism”. (read this: https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2014/nov/13/if-only-they-could-talk- ).

Emotions in animals are the subjective feelings and emotions experienced by non-human animals. Emotions may be described as subjective, conscious experiences characterized primarily by psychophysiological expressions, biological reactions, and mental states. Charles Darwin was one of the first scientists to write about the existence and nature of emotions in animals. His observational and sometimes anecdotal approach has developed into a more vigorous, hypothesis-driven, scientific approach. General hypotheses relating to relates between humans and animals also support the claim that animals may feel emotions and that human emotions evolved from the same mechanisms. Several tests, such as cognitive bias tests and learned helplessness models, have been developed. Cognitive biases (feelings of optimism or pessimism) have been shown in a wide range of species including rats, dogs, cats, rhesus macaques, sheep, chicks, starlings, pigs and honeybees.

So next time anybody says or tried to argue that animals do not have feelings, just remember this, they do, just tell them it is scientifically proven, or look an animal in the eye and you will see for yourself.

Animal Prison

People go to the zoo the same reason why they go to the café, to torture animals. A place where there is consistent eyes looking at you, your trapped, in place where you cant go out. In an area where no one can hear your cry for help, or feel the sorrow in your soul.

These animals are taken away from their natural habitat. Some may argue that the treatment of these animals in the zoo is better than their natural habitat, THINK AGAIN! What about their freedom to run, sleep, and just have some privacy!

Staying in a cage where there is an illusion of freedom is so scary! Placing these animals in these cages is worse then prison. What did they do wrong? What are they being punished for? For the special creatures that they, these LIVING creatures have feeling and emotions, they are not just something to look at!

Although some may argue that zoos have educational merit, is  just ridiculous! Seeing these animals in their natural habitat is what is fuckin educational! Looking at a tiger hunting, running and understanding why and how they live in their environment is educational and interesting!

Understanding that a penguin needs the cold, and taking into consideration that they must have family. They thrive on it! Animals move in packs, they relay on each other. The same way humans need other humans to socialize, learn and flourish!

To be tested on is not what animals are for.

According to Darwin, we basically came from monkeys or more broadly animals, then why use these potential humans to test on? Animals are kept in cages throughout their whole lives to be tested on. This is for you to have “safe” cosmetics. Poor fuzzy potential humans are poked at, stuffed with, and injected with cosmetics just for our use.

 Although in the UK and the EU law on testing cosmetics  on animals is;

The use of animals to test cosmetics products or their ingredients is banned in the UK and all other member states of the European Union. Since March 2013, it has also been illegal to sell cosmetics products within the EU which have been, or which contain ingredients, newly tested on animals.

The world is big, very fucking big I’m not very good at geography even though I got  a for an A for geography in my GCSE’s… There are many animals, or potential humans being harmed in the name of beauty in other countries!

The purpose for testing on animals is because producers use so much shit in these cosmetics. I think so anyways, if the stuff that they produced was completely natural we wouldn’t have problems associated with the skin. This all trickles down to one aim: consumer fucking culture!

Cosmetic industries making millions, no, billions actually. These cosmetics are produced to make them money, they do not give a fuck about safety or quality. It is not something that they want to do, they have to according to the law. That’s just bullshit that they are feeding you to make them ridiculous amount of money. The cruelty and pain that these animals are going through its just a pay cheque for the producers and cosmetics for you to use.

 Why not go organic!???

Through adolescence we go through puberty, almost everyone gets spots, or acne that they are embarrassed about, females go through periods that may make them break out, or allergies, anything really can make anyone get spots, scars stuff that they do no like on their face. It’s only natural. Why the fuck would you want to hide it? Society forces certain beliefs upon you and me, to believe that all of us could look flawless as Beyoncé. That we can have smaller noses or be skinny, why???? Do we have to look a certain way to be considered pretty or “normal”?

We pay crazy amount of money, spend ridiculous amounts of time, cry our eyes out because we don’t look like what everyone else looks likes. The ideal girl with a fat ass pretty face and big boobies, let me not forget the flat stomach. Men think that in order to be a real man  they have to have six packs being fit with no spots and perfect hair and beard. WELL THE TRUTH IS BRAD PITT IS A BRAND NOT A PERSON!

No one should feel like shit because we don’t look like Beyoncé or Brad Pitt. Embrace who you are, love yourself. It’s been said so many times. People argue that it makes them feel good, they want to get healthy. To be honest the feeling of feeling good is something in your head that society brainwashed you with. If you kept a healthy diet, you wouldn’t be in a position of obesity or discomfort. I admit it I’m not fit, I have a belly. That is all due to me being spoiled. Having so many options to consume, having it for a certain price not hunting for it, not knowing what I ate for Gods sake. I feel ugly most of time, but with this battle that so many are fighting with I try love myself. For who I am, the qualities I have, the weird things like my big nose.

This drives back to the topic of animal cruelty quite clearly. For your fight of self-love, an animal shouldn’t  die. This is because you feel ugly not the potential human. Why should a life die just because we feel ugly? Love yourself.

I was stolen from my mother, enormous hands around me, all I could hear is my brothers and sisters crying, screaming in horror. I called my mother, then BAM I fell on the floor. I was still alive unfortunately. I ended up in a big black bag with other chicks like me. We died. That was my only experience of life.images

Animals that we consume do not see daylight, nor do they experience the pleasure of running, or living in suitable conditions. Some people may argue that animals which are produced organically or free range have a life! Bullshit! What’s the point of having a perfect life when these poor creatures are tortured to death? Despite there being free range, or organic, the animals are still tortured.

Muslims who believe that meat is killed the Halal way are consuming meat which was not prayed over but their throats are slit yet not prayed over! As the murders do not pray over the meat is stealing the whole aspect of the meat being pure. According to the Quran halal meat must be prepared in the following circumstances and methods:

  • The name of Allah must be mentioned at or around the time of sacrifice.
    2) The person sacrificing it must be a believer, or from the People of the Book.
    3) The animal to be eaten must not be one that died by itself, or be strangled to death, beaten to death or has fallen to its death.
    4) The animal must not be killed by goring attacks i.e. by horns, arrows or stabbed to death, or has been eaten by other animals.
    5) Meat assigned through gambling.
    6) The animal must not have been dedicated to any other than Allah.
    7) Consumption of blood is prohibited, therefore must be drained.
    8) Pigs are forbidden for consumption.
    9) In addition, all methods or procedures that make the process of death easier and painless should be utilised as Allah is Most-merciful and loving. If stunning before sacrificing is available, it should be used as the verse which prohibits meat of animals killed through violent means (strangling, beating, goring – 5:3) indicates Allah’s mercy towards creation and how we should carry on the understanding and utilise methods that ease animal suffering.

According to the Torah this is the methods which have to be carried out when slaughtering the animal for consumption.

Shehiyah (שהייה; delay or pausing) – A pause or hesitation during the incision of even a moment makes the animal’s flesh unkosher. The knife must move in an uninterrupted sweep. Shehiyah occurs if the shochet accidentally stops the slaughtering process after either the trachea or esophagus has been cut, but before they have been cut the majority of the way through. Pausing can happen accidentally if muscle contractions in the animal’s neck pull one of these organs out of contact with the blade. The latter case is especially common in turkeys.

  • Derasah (דרסה; pressing/chopping) – The knife must be drawn across the throat by forward/backward movements, not by hacking or pressing. Any undue pressure renders the animal unkosher. Derasah is the forbidden action that occurs when the shochet pushes the knife into the animal’s throat without moving it back and forth, chops rather than slices, or positions the animal improperly so that either its head presses down on the blade as it expires or the shochet must push the knife into the throat against the force of gravity. There are those who opine that it is forbidden to have the animal in an upright position during shechita due to the prohibition of derasah (pressing). They maintain that the animal must be on its back, lying on its side, suspended upside down by a rope or chain, or placed in a barrel-like pen that turns the animal on its back for slaughter. However the Orthodox Union accepts upright slaughter as long as the head is properly supported and today all cattle processing facilities in the U.S., except for the Agriprocessors plant in Iowa, use upright slaughter pens. South American kosher abattoirs primarily use the rotating pen, shackle and hoist as well as shackle and drag methods of slaughter.[7]
  • Haladah (חלדה; digging or burying) – The knife must be drawn over the throat so that it is visible while shechita is being performed. It must not be stabbed into the neck or buried by fur, hide, or feathers in the case of a bird. Haladah occurs if the shochet accidentally cuts into the animal’s throat so deeply that the entire width of the knife disappears in the wound, uses a knife that is too short so that the end disappears in the wound, or if a foreign object falls over the knife so the shochet loses sight of the incision.
  • Hagramah (הגרמה; cutting in the wrong location) – The limits within which the knife may be applied are from the large ring in the windpipe to the top of the upper lobe of the lung when it is inflated, and corresponding to the length of the pharynx. Slaughtering above or below these limits renders the meat unkosher.
  • Iqqur (עיקור; tearing) – If either the esophagus or the trachea is torn during the shechita incision the carcass is rendered unkosher and cannot be eaten by Jews. Iqqur occurs if the shochet accidentally uses a chalaf with an imperfection on the blade, such as a scratch or nick, that causes a section of blade to be lower than the surface of the blade.

Breaching any of these five rules renders the animal nevelah; the animal is regarded in Jewish law as if it were carrion.

Temple Grandin has stated that she has “observed that if the rules (of the five forbidden techniques) are disobeyed the animal will struggle. If these rules are obeyed the animal has little reaction.”

Although people have good intentions with their religious beliefs or personal beliefs, their beliefs are not carried through, it is unjust. If a religious or any person walks into a shop to buy an auberimages-8gine and get a cucumber, reactions would be catastrophic… The same concept applies to halal or kosher meat or organic meat they are not getting what they are paying for. I completely understand that there is no nice way of killing, BUT beating the animal, and not letting it live in conditions which they are supposed to, then it is just fucking horrible.

Personally, I do believe that we should eat meat. We have canines. Teeth that are created to bite into meat. However if the animal that we eat is not produced in way that is humane and righteous, there is no point. We are supposed to hunt for our food. We are built in way that we can hunt; take for instance a human which running, they have to use all their muscles when hunting, exercise and food. What else do you want? The animals are bred and they are natural organic and free range. The chickens that we eat are injected with fat chemicals, this makes the chickens or pigs grow in such a quick pace for the demand. Little, yellow furry cute chick beaks are burnt so they do not eat anything nor cry for their mother for help. This drives back to the point that meat should be natural and organic, we should work for our food, and maybe we would appreciate the food we have instead of wasting it.

Did you know…?

According to the Guardian 34,000 tonnes of beef each year

UK households wasting 34,000 tonnes of beef each year. Research shows £260m worth of raw and cooked beef items go to waste annually – equivalent to 300m beef burgers!

Hypothetically speaking, IF we hunted for our food obesity would drop and there wouldn’t be as much people on this planet, survival of the fittest. I’m not fit, I love doughnuts, cookies and pizza yet if I had to work for it I would, would you!?

I do believe that if we had to work for our food then there wouldn’t be as much health issues! Kids eating too much sugar or being picky with their food, as they would have to work for it. They would be grateful for what is on the table and not be so spoilt. I get it, we are busy but there is a possibility.

Let’s go back to the old days!
