Stress that’s left unchecked can contribute to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes.

Common effects of stress on your body

·         Lack of motivation or focus

Stress can clearly effect you physically and mentally. During the fast-paced life of work, studying or/and the daily responsibilities people get caught up and become stressed which is natural. However, people often do not realize how much the stress can affect them thus it is very important for people to take a step back. To relax, to enjoy themselves. To remember to live, not just survive. To enjoy love and live fife to the fullest. Even if it is just taking a bath or buying new pyjamas, OR even put a movie on and lay in bed.
